Political Quotes, Sayings about Politics and Politicians
"The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness. ~John Kenneth Galbraith"
I don't regard myself as very intelligent because I cannot seem to escape doing small little stupid things. Everyday common errors that nobody cares about, but are time, energy, and efficiency errors in the habits of my daily routines and work procedures.
This tends to tick me off, and I tend to be hard on myself about it. Some say I am a perfectionist, but I believe that label only applies if you are harshly judging others, and I try not to judge others because I realize I have so many flaws. That realization is not what I would refer to as perfectionism.
I do, however, tend to offer up suggestions to people occasionally, that may tend to appear as a form of perfectionist correctional attitude. I only offer though, and I do not insist upon implementation of anything I offer, with the exception of things that directly affect me adversely.
If this makes me a perfectionist, then so be it. Other than this, I am a happy go lucky person seeking to enjoy the many pleasures of life.
Oh, I am a big supporter of Creating an Enlightened Planetary Civilization
